  • What sets you apart from many other companies that offer surveys?
    The big difference is that we don't see ourselves as a survey. Rather, we are the opposite of that. We focus on quick and honest reviews where the feeling of the moment is in focus.
  • Who can see the feedback?
    The difference between Feedback Finder and something like Google Ratings is that only you and your company access the feedback.
  • We want different questions at different times, is that okay?
    Yes! You can adapt the questions however you want, when you want. When, for example, an event is over, you can archive that particular "Unit" and start a new "Unit".
  • Where can I use Feedback Finder in my business? Is it just for my customers?
    You choose entirely on your own how you want to use the application. You design the questions/categories (with some advice from us) and it can certainly be a great opportunity to test your own staff and not just your customers.
  • What questions should I ask?
    It's completely free, but don't worry, we've prepared different questions depending on the industry that can help you on your way!
  • Do I have to make my own flyers?
    No, we have now developed a collaboration that means we have ready-made templates for you to order. Everything from small table speakers to large signs. Do you have a specific one for
  • How long will it take before I'm up and running?
    You can use the service itself directly! You can start right away by designing your own QR code or using a direct link to the questions. Delivery of material takes 3-5 days.
  • We are a chain that has more than 3 stores - How quickly can you get started?
    It varies, of course, but approximately 1-2 weeks depending on what material you are looking for in print and how many places you want to equip. Feel free to book a meeting with us so we can see how we can help you.
  • Is there a big difference between Standard and Premium?
    We have 3 types of price plans. Standard, Premium and Custom. We recommend Standard for those of you who have 1 unit to measure. As soon as you want to compare departments or install Feedback Finder in multiple locations, you need Premium (3 locations) or Custom (4 and up). But you get all the great features in all packages and the amazingly smooth control panel!
  • How do you pay?
    Payment takes place via card payment either monthly or annually.
  • I don't have a company card, what do I do?
    Then you can choose Customized price plan and we will contact you.
